The six youngest children are all healthy, and can all swim! Courtney has shared multiple videos on Instagram of their swimming progress. In a long Instagram caption she said “I’m so so proud of them I could cry!! Sweet Home Sextuplets follows a tight-knit family living on a sheep farm in small town Alabama. Parents Courtney and Eric got the surprise of their lives when trying for one more baby yielded sextuplets.
In fact, she said at age 28 that it was easier to not think about it and keep pushing ahead with life. But after a while, you start getting older and realize that you need to take care of things. The hit TLC show, "Sweet Home Sextuplets," followed the trials and travails of the Waldrop family since its premiere in 2018. Courtney and Eric Waldrop are an Alabama-based family raising nine children — six of them sextuplets! Courtney Waldrop admits that packing for a family of 11 to go anywhere is far from a fun task. She recognizes that waiting until the last minute to pack is a huge hassle.

TLC shares the Waldrops' story in this series, beginning just before the birth, through the high-risk delivery, and finally adjusting to suddenly being a family of 11. Courtney, too, said that she initially thought that "Sweet Home Sextuplets" would get a fourth season — they got approached, and they first agreed to it. "But then we started talking about some things — and filming is really hard," she said, noting the show was especially tough on the older boys. And ultimately, TLC decided during this time of indecision that it wouldn't continue the series.
As promised, Courtney will continue to share her family’s lives with their fans. Once all the babies were safely home, "Sweet Home Sextuplets" focused on Eric and Courtney Waldrop's everyday challenges as a sudden family of eleven. In addition to their active sons Saylor, Bridge and Wales, they now had six healthy babies who kept them busy with diaper changes, feedings, and demands for attention. The show chronicled everyday challenges like birthday parties, potty training, getting through flu season, and living in a small mobile home while their larger house was being built. The Waldrops also own a small farm with cattle, sheep and chickens, making their schedule nonstop.
The Waldrops rejected that suggestion, trusting that they could handle whatever God had in store for them. Their faith was rewarded in December 2017 when Courtney safely delivered her six babies via caesarean section. Their names are as unique as the family itself, according to the Daily Mail. The three boys are Layke Bryars, Blu Wellington, and Tag Bricker, and their sisters are Rawlings McClaine, Rivers McCall, and Rayne McCoy. Courtney also runs an online jewelry store that deals with beaded bracelets, earrings, etc.
TheSweet Home Sextupletsstar was hanging out in a closet as she raced to get last-minute packing done. There didn’t appear to be a child anywhere in sight while she packed. So, fans assumed daddy Eric Waldrop was keeping them entertained somewhere else while mommy raced to get things ready. Jessica recently graduated with a Literature degree from the University of Manchester. She’s an aspiring writer and joins the Freshered team hoping to share her advice from her time at Uni.
